What's the minimum period for using this site?

It depends on the membership plan you registered.
This would be either 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 360 days from the date you registered.

How often is it renewed?

It depends on the days of the plan you are using.
It will be renewed every 30 day for 30 day members and 180 day for 180 members.

An error occurs when I press "Complete this purchase" button.

Ensure filling in all required fields.
Your User ID, Password, and others should only be consist of alphabet letters and numbers.
Spaces, hyphen (-) and underscores (_), and others symbols are not accepted.
If an error still occurs, please copy the error message and send it to our support team.

I accidentally entered incorrect Email address at the time of registration. Can I still correct it?

You can change your e-mail address even after your registration.
Please go to your personal page and click "Member Info Edit Page".

Though it is the 61st day from my registration, I cannot download VIP movies.

All members will be upgraded to VIP members on the 61st day from the registration, however the timing may vary by each customer.
It will be upgraded to a VIP member after the 2nd renewal payment for a 30 day member and the 1st renewal payment for a 60 day member.
Please understand time of renewal payment varies by the time of registration.

How to proceed cancellation? When should I do it?

This site uses an automatic membership renewal system so as long as you do not submit membership cancellation form, it will be automatically renewed after each membership period.

If you wish to cancel, please submit us the cancellation request form at least 2 days prior to your next renewal date.
When you cancel your membership, please fill your registered info in the request form and click "Cancel" button.
When your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation Email in your registered Email address within 24 hours.

Even if you have cancelled your membership, you can keep using our site until your current membership period expires.
PLEASE NOTE that SP contents (Special Contents) will be unavailable when you submit cancellation request.

I did not receive confirmation Email of registration/cancellation.

Automatic reply Email may be considered as spam depending on your computer environment/provider settings.
We are sorry to trouble you but please check your inbox carefully.

You can enjoy our site with your User ID/Password even before receiving payment completion email, so please try it once.
If you still haven't received a confirmation Email after 24 hours, you may have filled in a wrong Email address. Please contact us from the contact form.

Please tell me about how you handle my personal information.

Only personal information our site keeps is your User ID, Password, IP address, and Email address.
All your credit card information is managed by the payment company.

Payment

Am I liable for any extra fees such as telephone fees for calling overseas?

You will be billed only for the fixed membership fees for our site. There will be no other fees such as international phone services.
In case you are using a dial up modem to connect to the internet, the only fee you will need to pay should be a local one from your phone to your provider's local access point.

I want to change my credit card. What should I do?

We explain the detail, so please contact our support team.

Will I be billed in Japanese Yen or in US Dollars? Why is it US Dollars?

The bill from the payment company will be in US Dollars but the actual bill on your credit card will depend on the exchange rate your credit card company specifies.
Since this site provides services internationally, we have chosen US$ which is used all over the world.

When will I be billed for my membership? Will it be renewed automatically?

Actual debit date of your membership from your account will depend on your credit card company.
Further, our site uses an automatic membership renewal system so as long as you do not cancel your membership, it will be automatically renewed after each period
It will be renewed automatically on the date when your membership plan expires.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please request cancellation at least 2 days prior to the renewal date.

What billing name will I see on my credit card statement?

One of above billing name will be displayed on your credit card statement.
Please rest assured that no reference to our site name or adult website will be made on your statement.

Download/Play Movies

All of a sudden, I can't download anything!

[ Download Limit ]

In order to provide fair and equal services to all our customers, we maintain a daily download limit per user (Standard member: 5GB in total / VIP member: 10GB in total). It will automatically reset at midnight Japanese Standard Time.

Since we deliver from oversea, there is slight time difference depending on your region.
Also, we allow our users to download up to 20 scenes per hour. This means you need to wait till one hour passes from your first download before you can initiate your 21st download.

[ your User ID/Password isn't authenticated ]

Either you have filled in your User ID/Password incorrectly or your renewal payment has failed for some reason.
If you fill in your User ID/Password incorrectly, you will see the message "Authorization declined".
If you see the message "Membership period has expired", your membership renewal may have failed.
If you wish to keep using our site, please re-register on "my page".

If you have cancelled by yourself or 3 weeks passed from the payment failure, we cannot accept re-registration.

[ Problems are caused by software.]

One of the reasons for trouble during your download may be your installed security software.
Please update or stop your software temporarily and download again.
Also, there may be packet loss which means missing of parts of data on lower-level network or trouble. We recommend to check with your internet provider.

How often can I view downloaded movies?

You can view downloaded movies at our site as many times as you want indefinitely.

Is there a download limit?

In order to provide fair and equal services to all our customers,we maintain a daily download limit per user (Standard member: 5GB in total / VIP member: 10GB in total).
Also, we allow our users to download up to 20 scenes per hour (up to 2 scenes at once) but no more than this.

Please note; it will be counted for your limit if you stop in the middle of download or download is stopped forcibly by defects.

Can I use download software to download packages of movies?

We're very sorry but TripleX do not allow to use download software such as REGET or download managers (download support software) such as FDM since these may cause slowdowns or even errors on the server. We kindly ask you to use your standard browser to download from our website.
Please be advised that the use of download software or download managers may result in warnings, restriction of access, or suspension of your account.

In such case, please understand beforehand that there will be no refunds.

I can't download with my Macintosh!

Please place your cursor over the Download start button while holding the ctrl key and a function menu should appear. Please choose "Download the link to disk" from the menu.
Further, we recommend QuickTime (which requires installation of plugin "Flip4Mac") to play on Mac.

Free Flip4Mac has only playback function.
It may be problem of your environment configuration in that event that you cannot play movie. So we may not be able to solve the problem.

Movie streaming stops in the middle.

If you cannot stream normally, the communication line may be crowded temporarily.
We are sorry to trouble you but please try it later.

ID/Password

I lost my User ID and Password.

If you forgot your User ID and Password, please enter your E-mail address on "ID/PASS Lost Page" and click "send" button. When we could confirm you as an applicable member, we will send your User ID and Password to your registered Email address.

User ID/Password is required for download, contact, and cancellation. Please make a note of it.

No matter how many times I try, my User ID and Password keep rejected.

Please make sure you are using correct capital letters, small letters, or numbers.
Make sure you are using 1 byte alphanumeric capital or small letters instead of Japanese font or any other font. Please watch out for any spaces.
You can try to copy-paste the User ID and Password issued by TripleX.
When you are pretty sure that you're using the correct User ID and Password, please contact our support team with your User ID/Password.

Can I change my User ID, Password, or Email address?

Although your User ID cannot to be changed, you can change your Password and Email if you wish.
Please change them from "Change Password Form", "Change E-mail Form".

VIP Member

What kind of movies are VIP exclusive movies?

For a VIP member, you will get access to various contents such as complete uncut versions or specially selected movies which are unavailable for standard members.

How do I become a VIP member?

You can become a VIP member by followings.

1.Register as 90 days, 180 days, or 360 days member

2.Upgrade to VIP member after registering as a standard member

3.Continue your membership more than 60 days, you will obtain VIP credential on 61st day.

How long does it take for me to become a VIP member?

Please check on the top of "my page".
